Shipping Policy
1. Delivery
- All products are shipped via EMS and include a tracking number for your convenience.
- Most deliveries are completed within 7-20 days. Please note that some items may require additional processing and shipping time.
- Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
- Accessories and organizers can be combined into a single shipment depending on the order quantity. However, due to the larger size of monitor shelves(monitor stands), they cannot be consolidated and will incur separate shipping fees for each unit ordered. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

2. Shipping Areas
- We currently offer shipping to the following regions: the United States, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
- Shipping to other regions is not yet available. Please note that additional destinations will be added gradually as we expand our services.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on EMS rates.
- The final shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order (including packaging) and the destination. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Customs and Duties
- For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the regulations of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.
- If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment, the order will be returned to South Korea and will not be reshipped. Any expenses incurred (round-trip shipping, custom fees, etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.
